I never had to negotiate/argue/be hassled by the issue. Green went to bat for me and I never had to be stressed by the issue.

In addition to the level of service mentioned above, Green’s owner’s portal makes it easy for me to retrieve documents without making phone calls. When the tenant raises a ticket, I am emailed automatically and then contacted by an office rep so I am never out of the loop. They have paid me on time, every time, with great documentation for all account transactions. Perfect for an out of town landlord like myself.
