After a couple of frustrating experiences with property managers, I was reluctant to try a third time. But I guess the saying is true in this case, the third time IS a charm! Green Residential is by far setting the bar for this type of business. Their service is beyond excellent and their response time is unheard of. I live out of town but own property in the Houston area and I feel completely secure with their care. It is a real breath of fresh air compared to the less than adequate companies I have used in the past. I think others would agree that they are a well rounded, family oriented company that provides all the services needed for managing property. They are friendly and kind and I look forward to a long relationship, which is not very common in this day and age!

We used Green residential during a year. We had to live abroad for a foreign assignment so we contracted them. The main reason in principle was their competitive price. Then after using their service I don’t have any doubt that I would use them again if I have to go abroad again. They took care of getting tenants for us and prospective tenants screenings. Then they took care of the incidences that occurred during the contract and finally conducted the final checks on the house once it was vacated by making a detailed account of any problems they found. They also help me setting up the renters insurance by providing me with some valuable counseling. For all that I give them a 5 start rating. Good Job!!!
