At Green Residential, our flat-rate management fee helps to keep your rental property profitable. It’s our rental management fee that allows us to hire the great staff we need for the superior customer service we aim to provide.
By having a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) oversee the finances of each home under management, we provide Green Residential clients with the comfort of knowing the income, expenses & security deposits related to their property are being taken care of by a professional.
Our management agreement can be canceled without penalty at any time with 30 days written notice, so our clients never feel trapped. We do this to ensure that each client feels comfortable in knowing we are upfront and honest about our contracts.
For your convenience, we make sure owners receive an electronic accounting statement which includes a copy of any repair/maintenance invoice paid during the previous month. Leon Green, our experienced in-house CPA, reviews the monthly statements before distributing them.
To reduce your stress as a property owner, we use a web-based repair & maintenance system which allows us to efficiently prioritize, assign, and manage all requests that are received. Not only do we manage all these requests, we outsource to trusted contractors who provide quality work at a reasonable price.
Our use of current technology keeps the leasing process convenient and stress-free for both the owner and tenant. It allows us to collect payment from tenants electronically and distribute rent remotely to owners at no additional charge to either party.
We invest in web-based technology to make sure our team responds promptly to requests from owners, investors, and tenants. In addition, Green Residential minimizes the number of homes each employee is responsible for managing. This allows our clients to receive the professional attention they deserve.
By screening your potential tenants, we reduce property damage and the risk of late/failed payments. Leon Green, CPA and President of Green Residential, was an external auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP before joining the Green Residential team. His experiences as an auditor dictates the thorough methodology that Green Residential uses to screen tenants.
At Green Residential, our administrative team monitors a 24-hour support line during non-business hours to ensure that tenant emergencies are responded to promptly. We provide excellent customer service to our tenants to make sure your property is protected and cared for.

These leasing services include rental price analysis, professional quality photography, listing home on the local MLS (HAR.COM), and prompt responsiveness to potential applicant inquiries.
To make sure your house looks attractive to potential tenants, we invest in high-quality cameras and digital photography software, because we believe that professional presentation is paramount to lease your property quickly.
Our inspection services include documenting the interior & exterior condition of the home, even while it is occupied.
