We just listed our Houston property with Green Residential for Property Management and Leasing. Green Residential has been extremely quick to respond and I received a call from Leon the same day I called. The office staff, Kelsey is outstanding and helped me with all my questions and completing the forms. Everyone at Green Residential is very professional and responsive. Wes is our agent with Green Residential and has been great to work with. He has been perceptive regarding our expectations for the home and has advised us on needs from a tenant’s point of view. Wes took fantastic pictures of our home to be listed on HAR and within 4 days we had a potential Tenant wanting to view the home.
