This is my first experience with a property management company, but as a landlord, Green Residential is excellent. They have a good system and friendly staff. I’m a little biased because I’m friends with a couple of the staff members. Also, Green has only been managing the properties 3-4 months, so I’ll update if anything changes. But so far, I have nothing but positive things to say.
