Green has been managing my properties in West Houston for about 1.5 years. I am very much satisfied with them. The maintenance team has been responsive to the tenants’ and my requests, sometimes handling tricky situations very well. When one of the leases expires, the tenant went on referring one of her friends as a prospective tenant – a proof that she too is satisfied with Green.

When we were deciding to rent our house out, we talked to multiple companies. Green Residential was by far the best and their pricing structure makes more sense than their competitors. We are a year in now and have had a few maintenance issues with the house we have had to deal with and everyone I have worked with has been excellent. Responsive and effective.
