During the purchase of an investment residential home I asked my Real Estate agent for a property management referral. She promptly recommended Green Residential. She advised me she had not personally used their services but they were the go to firm for her agency and that most if not all the other agents either used Green Residential personally for their rental properties and referred them to their clients if requested. My agent further advised me she was planning on using them for rental properties she owned. That was good enough for me. I had previously tried to call another firm and they never answered their phone and the mailbox was full and not taking any more messages. I tried a few more times with the same results. The owner Leon promptly called me back and explained their services. I decided to give them a try mainly because of the referral but was impressed that the owned called me.
