I discovered the Green Residential property management team while searching for a company to manage several local Rice University properties.

A few years ago, as part of the Rice University Endowment’s Real Estate investments team, I was responsible for selecting the best property management firm for Rice’s local residential properties. We were transitioning from in-house to outside management, with the goals of decreasing our management burden, providing the best care for our residents, and maximizing the return on our investments.

From the beginning, and especially after interviewing nearly a dozen other Houston-area property managers, Green Residential was the only choice we could have made. They offer straightforward pricing without ridiculous surcharges, fees and long-term commitments.
