I have been working at Green Residential for almost a year now, and I can say with the utmost confidence, that this is one of the best (if not best) companies I have been employed at. There is a positive energy and collaborative atmosphere all day..24/7..9am-5pm throughout the office. I have worked personally with each of Green Residential’s realtors, members of the maintenance & repair team, the make ready director, the director of rent collections, the secretary, the office manager, and the boss himself! No one is a stranger in the office. The employees at Green Residential property management company are the exact people you see on the website (read about us!), and the exact people you will meet in person at the office (say hi!). For me, what stood out working at Green Residential, compared to my previous jobs, is the family aspect. Its’ not that Green Residential are a family themselves (although that is true too), but that Green Residential, extends that “family vibe” to their employees, vendors, owners and tenants. I am super thankful to have had the opportunity to work at such a great company! And double blessed to have met my co-workers (who have become my friends outside of work)! 🙂
