We have worked with Green Residential for about 2 years now and everything has been great. They always respond to any questions and they take care of any issues immediately. They really care about our property, our tenant and us – the owners. They are so thorough with their accounting too. I have never had any questions or doubts about the monthly statements they send because everything is always super clear. Recently we have been working closely with Luis and I have to say he is great and goes out of his way to solve any issues we have with the house. I could not imagine a better management company.
