I chose Green Residential because I was not sure that my house would sell right away. If it sat on the market for months, like some houses for sale in my neighborhood, I wanted a company that could rent it for me and provide all the property management services. Green is great at both so I know I’d be good either way. They recommended a contractor that did quality work at a reasonable price for some upgrades to get the house ready to sell. Their realtor Roman Rodriguez took excellent pictures, was very responsive and sold my house in about a week. I highly recommend this company.
