I moved into a property that had been treated extremely poorly by the previous tenants; hence, there were numerous issues that needed to be resolved. I began getting very frustrated, as the property owners didn’t exactly resolve the issues in a timely manner; however, with extensive help from Leslie Green, all of my issues have been resolved. She has been patient, understanding, proactive and, ultimately, has made it to where I want to extend my lease despite the numerous challenges we placed in the first few months of my residency.
