Woke up to a freezing home so I immediately contacted Green Residential for maintenance and in less than an hour I had a vendor calling to schedule an appointment. Same-day service AND worked with my full-time, job schedule. Loving the new “meld” system with texting capabilities – that’s easiest for tenants on the the go.

We just listed our Houston property with Green Residential for Property Management and Leasing. Green Residential has been extremely quick to respond and I received a call from Leon the same day I called.
