I have just recently been introduced to Green Residential. The rental I am in was experiencing some issues. They were prompt when responding to the initial notice of the problem. I had two individuals, Eli and Carol, they were very compotent and provided all the assistance that was required.

I’ve been using them since 2013. Great service! Recently, I got an HOA violation letter for one of my tenants, and Carol was on top of it and resolved the matter in a day! Very well-organized.

Green Residential has managed my property for a few years. The team is responsive to tenant and other requests. I can sleep at night without stress or worry….
