We lived in our rental property for approximately 10 months before Hurricane Harvey made landfall, and during that time Green Residential was outstanding. We had hardly any issues at all, and the few that we did have, they acknowledged right away and always followed up with a prompt resolution. Our property was unfortunately flooded during Harvey, and we were forced to prematurely break our lease and relocate. Even during this time, Leon at Green Residential was very understanding and accommodating, and made life a little easier. Although we may not be able to rent another property specifically managed by Green Residential, we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property that will be managed and maintained by a great company and staff. They put the tenant first.
