As we built our portfolio we had to reassess the most important requirements when selecting a Property Management Company. The three priorities we used in our search were the following (1) Documented and Consistent Processes/Procedures, (2) Knowledgeable Staff over key functional areas for Property Management and (3) Digital Owner and Tenant Platform. We narrowed our selection to three potential firms all of which had their own merit. We interviewed each firm and had multiple follow ups to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed. Based on the time of response, effective communication, automated systems, and streamlined processes in place, we selected Green Residential as a partner to manage our properties going forward. We are very pleased with Green Residential and look forward to many years of working together.
