I will sit here and say it how it is, Green Residential is the best property management group that I have dealt with. I have lived at my current property for over a year now and it has been nothing but great. Firstly the property is very nice and whenever something happens, we send an email and it is responded to in a timely manner and the issue is taken care literally the next day. In regards to paying for bills and rent, they made the process very easy by allowing electronic payments meaning you can pay with debit or credit cards. Even some gift cards can be used as well. But one of the main reason this place has my loyalty is during the recent tragedies in Houston with the Hurricane, my roommate and I were greatly impacted and Green Residential was here to help every step of the way. Very understanding at our point of need and did not hound us for money especially in these times and for that i am grateful. I will recommend any friend, family and even stranger to live at a property managed by them or hiring them to manage a property. Great and excellent company overall.
