My husband and I had been in the process of purchasing a property and at the last minute decided not to move forward. We were already packed, had movers scheduled and were anxious to move when we began our search for a rental property.

Our first contact with Green Residential was Pam, the realtor who showed us a house perfectly suited to our needs. She was wonderful! Understanding our circumstances, she immediately went to work to expedite the lease and get us into the property of our dreams within three days although the property had only just been listed and make-ready had not been completed.

As soon as we were in the house, Leslie Green Wray took over to address the make-ready issues in a timely manner. She was also helpful in our transferring utilities, etc. on such short notice. She has truly gone out of her way to make us comfortable and happy in our new home!

I also want to commend the various service professionals Green has sent out for repairs…all trustworthy, courteous and efficient tradesmen!
