Paola works in the Accounts Payable department and handles other various accounting needs.  Prior to joining Green Residential she worked as a Senior Buyer and Sales Manager at a furniture and decoration company.

Sophie is a Green Residential Transaction Coordinator.  After graduating, Sophie worked as a Sales Assistant at a Real Estate Agency and then she was part of the Debt Restructuring Team at Eval Capital, a private financial advisor company where she focused on getting nonperforming loans back on track with payments.

Tiffany is the Director of Operations at Green Residential.  She has been in the multifamily property management industry for 7 years, serving most recently as an Area Manager in Nashville, TN. Tiffany specializes in all aspects of the property management process.

Josh is a Green Residential Project Manager.  He is an Oklahoma Native and has 8 years’ experience in the construction/inspection industry. He recently worked as a home inspector for his own business where he performed home inspections for real estate transactions. Josh spent 10 years as a Manager of Track Maintenance for BNSF Railway. He

Marco is a Green Residential Transaction Coordinator.  He works for the Single-Family Rental Fund Acquisitions & Finance department as an analyst. He enjoys working with numbers to assess the potential of acquiring houses for our portfolio. He is also a point of contact for our partners and agents who would like us to check out

Bogdan is a Green Residential Project Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  He is in charge of the renovation projects from start to finish, planning and coordinating with the general contractors.  Prior to joining Green Residential, he worked as a project manager at a local design building company in Dallas.
